The home was just as pictured in the listing. Everything was clean and orderly. We were in town for a wedding, so we popped in and out a lot. That meant we didn't do any cooking, thought there were ample pans and a cupboard with spices to use. It did mean that we pulled in and out of the garage a lot. The garage fits two cars easily, but the clearance outside of the garage is tight and requires some care. Street parking is available with a short walk. The property is three levels. If stairs are tricky for anyone in your group, you should know this! A single bedroom is on the lowest level, near the garage and front doors. Shoe trays are there to keep shoes organized. The living spaces and a half bath are on the 2nd floor. Plenty of space to gather there! A TV and a few games are provided. A small balcony allows you to step outside for a bit of fresh SLC air. (There is currently some construction going on in the area. The noise wasn't too noticeable while inside.) Three bedrooms, two full baths, and washer/dryer are upstairs on the third floor. Our check-in was easy. A VRBO app glich prevented me from seeing the host's messages, but a direct phone call was answered promptly and instructions were texted to us right away. We did notice a high chair in the storage closet and there was an iron and full-size ironing board. Basic bathroom supplies were provided. The only "complaint" would be that the fridge filter needs replacing so the warning doesn't keep going off.
