Great last minute place to stay!

The hotel itself is great. Nice clean room and bathroom stocked with toiletries awesome shower, great breakfast with all you need. The late night and early morning staff needs A LOT of work. I called one day before reservation let them know if I could schedule a shuttle from airport was told when you get here just call and one will be there to pick you up. Day of arrival arrived about 45 minutes early, called the number for shuttle service and was told to first get to 7A and call again. First of all 7A what, couldn't ask because they hung up. Second of all I could have just been told the shuttle is there every 30 minutes look for vehicle with name Four Points. Once I reached the outside of the airport and went towards ground transportation I realized there are stations marked outside 7A. Once I got there I called number was put on hold never was picked up and called 7 more times until finally someone picked up laughing and said ok shuttle will be there and hung up. None the less the same thing happened the next morning, girl up front was too busy speaking with some man in another language that when I requested the shuttle she forgot. Almost lost the flight because the shuttle was not forewarned to stop at the hotel. 15 minutes later the front desk called the shuttle as I glared at her and asked for service then 15 minutes later shuttle arrived. The drivers are excellent, Rod the driver great, but front desk please please pay attention to YOUR GUEST as they PAY for their stay.

They advertise extended parking for$10 per day. On checking in, I was told that wasn’t the case, as their lot is “too small”. I booked this hotel specifically for that reason. I would have stayed elsewhere if they hadn’t falsely advertised the ability to leave my car here.

When my fiancé got to the hotel he was told the hotel was booked. We paid for the hotel through this app. I do not want a credit. I want a refund.

There was not enough parking for the size of the hotel. I found the last parking space before checking in, others were circling the parking lot in vain.

Very comfy beds, clean, and nice. Breakfast was good. The parking lot was out of spaces to park and was too small for the hotel. The airport shuttle service advertised was not running for my late night flight which is why I booked near airport so I had to arrange my own ride.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The condition of the hotel room and facilities were not in good working order and furnishings in room were very worn out. I experience multiple issues and problems including ones that required me to have my room changed. This hotel is over-rated on Orbitz. To the hotels credit they did own up to the issues and compensated me for the issues I encountered. Breakfast was good.

I don't understand the negative reviews here. Rooms were renovated and clean, staff was very polite and attentive, breakfast was as expected. It's not the Ritz, but it's a fine inexpensive place to stay near the airport.

The room was spacious and clean.Bed very comfy

Really close to the airport, they have a shuttle to the airport which saves you a cab or uber fare. Quiet area, not close to any food options though, they provide a good breakfast and staff is helpful.

I called and they told me that the paid parking was $5/ day then when we got there we were told $10. Also there was nothing on the website about the pool being closed. Don't continue to offer the pool amenity online then when we get there have it be closed. We were really looking forward to having the pool to burn energy off with the kids. We also had a burnt cigarette hole on the duvet cover. Totally ugly and tacky. The tv remote didn't work and we had to have someone come to the room to fix the tv. Just a total inconvenience that all this happened with in the first 10 min of being at the property.

Finding a good hotel these days is a job in itself. So hopefully my review can help someone else make the right choice for them. The exterior and interior of hotel look great. Our room had done wear and tear but that's to be expected. Everything seemed clean. With covid restrictions you have to wear a mask to go to the front desk. There is also no hot breakfast and no pool at this time. They do hand out bagged breakfast that is meant for a 5 year old. Now my stay was going great until we turned on the AC fan...a few minutes into it and HOLY HELL! I am a white noise person and it was giving off more of a WE DON'T WANT RESTFUL SLEEP noise. It was so bad that I opted for silence. My husband also observed a friendly little cockroach going back to its home in the ceiling of the bathroom. I've been in property management for years, I get it! Stuff like that happens and it's key to let management know so it can be fixed. I emailed the address that was provided and the address is no good. So here I am spilling their dirt dirt everyone to read. Am I fan of cockroaches? Nope! Am I aware this is the risk you take? Yes! I am a fan of maintained room equipment so aside from those two things they did a good job. Hopefully I'll be able to get ahold of someone at the property. Also ... yes its close to the airport, yes you're going to hear planes. Bed was comfortable, tv worked. I liked the fact that we were in a corporate area, not a lot of people out wondering. Easy to get downton.

The property was very clean. Said breakfast was grab and go but I saw nothing when we checked out.

Just okay. Arrived late night so we just needed a place close to the airport that had a decent room for a one night stay.
