Distribution and Space:The apartment is configured in a functional and cozy studio layout with capacity for 4 people, located on the 2nd floor in a building without an elevator. It consists of a single living space that includes a 135cm double bed (for 2 adults) and a double sofa bed (for 2).

Interior:Fully air-conditioned accommodation (air conditioning). The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and necessary utensils, as well as featuring an iron.

Direct buses stop just 50 meters from the complex and the train station is 2 km away.

Hiking:You cannot miss the spectacular 'Camino de Ronda', one of the most beautiful and emblematic coastal paths on the Costa Daurada, recently remodeled, which borders Cap Salou. The route starts at the end of Colón Street (Pilones esplanade), continues along a wooden walkway passing by the historic ruins of the 1829 «Lazareto», the cozy Capellans Beach, up to the Punta del Po-Roig.

Leisure
Attractions:Located just a 10-minute drive (or 15 minutes by direct bus) from PortAventura Worldtheme park (2 km away). Check-in Hours:

Check-in is available from Monday to Sunday with key delivery (express check-in) from 16:00 to 20:00.

Official check-in time is from 16:30 onwards (if another guest checks out that day). In case the apartment is vacant, you can check in from 11:00, depending on availability.

Check-out Hours:No later than 11:00.

Maintenance and Cleaning:Upon check-out, guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment in the same condition of order and cleanliness as it was found. The kitchen must be left clean with everything in its place, and guests must take out the garbage (it CANNOT be leftin the apartment).

Community Rules:Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

Documentation:It is mandatory to present identity documents for all guests and sign the rental contract.

Deposit and Taxes:The security deposit will be managed by Apartbeachvia card authorization. The stay tax or tourist tax (€1 per person per night, only the first 7 nights are charged, applicable to adults) will also be managed by Apartbeachand must be paid on the day of arrival.
