The hotel and room was very clean. The breakfast was nice. It was in close distance to many restaurants and stores.

Room was in poor shape, the faucet on the bath tub was falling off, shower leaked on the floor whenever it was used, heater/air unit was extremely loud whenever it started up in the night. Food was not good. Waffle maker wasn't turned on and had crud on it from the previous day, food was burning in the warmers and tasted old.

Our family enjoyed our stay. My kids especially enjoyed the nightly cookies. Other than the elevator being out of service, we had a good time. Also if you are a local please be aware that they do charge a $100 local fee.

Most options at breakfast was empty with no effort to restock items, toaster & waffle maker we’re in very bad shape, not working properly. Room was very clean. Problem with checking with 2 pre-paid rooms only showing one was paid. Had to pay for one room a second time. Need to improve online booking process! Now I have a hassle trying to get my money back from paying twice for the same room. Not happy!

Mold on ceiling, clogged bathroom sink I had to brush my teeth in the shower. Half the curtain wouldn’t close. However, Comfortable bed. No bugs. Plenty towels and wash clothes. Breakfast?? No eggs at 8am, 2 sausages left and water dripping onto floor from the thing that keeps the food warm. The juice machine… the kiwi strawberry just sprayed out the side more on me then the cup. I decided to leave and go buy breakfast. Oh and the elevator did not work the entire time I was there.
