The Dampfkessel apartment is approx. 60 m², is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom is furnished with a double bed and in the 2nd bedroom there is a bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and a dining area. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and WC. The apartment also has a lovely furnished terrace.

The old sawmill (built in 1798) with a running wooden water wheel offers a unique environment: for living, relaxing, for sporting activities, wellness in our own outdoor sauna above the mill wheel (free to use at any time), a nap in a deckchair by the stream or sitting by the campfire. Simply relax and unwind. You can bathe in our mill stream, the water quality is spring water level. The central location of Salem-Buggensegel allows you to easily explore Lake Constance, the Alps, thermal baths, castles and palaces in the border triangle (Austria, Switzerland, Germany). Table tennis, giant trampoline, swings, golf, cycling, sailing, surfing, swimming etc. are all possible in the house or nearby.
