On arrival we were stunned by the beautiful views and expanse of the home. Amazing views and large entertaining area, great for our family get together.The property needs some extra cleaning ...there is crockery that is cracked or chipped,The fridge has an ice maker which DOES NOT WORK (We phoned the agent and reported this which had been previously noted but not fixed upon our arrival) Fly screens on the door leading to the patio on the top floor require repairs (see photo) ,The FOB opener for the roller door did not work (?? Needs a new battery)Cobwebs around cornices and dusty skirting boards in many placesToilet seat in top floor double room is loose and in need of repair.On arrival we found the cleaner had left an empty toilet roll and her cleaning gloves on the side table near the garage enterance...NOT the best welcome to the house.We found all hard floors were gritty and rather dusty.

Bluewater Review

This property was everything we expected and more. Fabulous location with spectacular views.Check in was easy and the kitchen well equipped. The hard floors need some extra cleaning as walking around barefoot made our feet very dirty.The singe bed bedheads were a little loose and squeaky and kept the occupants awake.Overall this property was perfect for our extended family birthday celebration.

Unfair

We stayed for 4 days and on the 1st day a massive tile fell off the house onto the pool. Luckily no one was in the pool at the time otherwise we would have been dead! We called and no one cared or contacted us all they told us to do was not use the pool which is what we rented the house for. Only got 500 dollars back which wasn’t enough for us

Amazing stay

Fantastic accomodation for extended families. We had 4 families all staying together for a significant birthday celebration. It was perfect, everyone had their own bathroom faculty and the house was very clean with everything you could think of supplied. The lift was fantastic for the more elderly family members that were less mobile, highly recommend.

Great house...and we couldn't believe the amazing views!! We were thankful for the lift as well when carrying things to the bottom level. We did notice that our feet were black after walking around barefoot in the house even on the first night when we hadn't been anywhere. There was also a chip packet left on the floor next to the couch on the middle level. We think the floors definitely need more attention - thorough vacuum and mop. The rest was very clean :). All beds comfy and great bathrooms. For 12 people we could have done with another roll of toilet paper per bathroom. 1.5 rolls in each bathroom wasn't enough. The day we arrived it was really hot, but the pool temperature was 37 degrees which was way too hot to swim in. I called the number given to me to ask how to turn down the heating, the person I spoke to said they'd find and call me back, I never heard back regarding this. Overall a lovely experience in the house..lots of areas to spread out :)

Property was amazing for an extended family getaway. The multiple living areas made it easy and enjoyable. My only comment for improvement would be to give the floors a really good clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and the pool was awesome! the temperature of the pool is perfect even if it is not quite summer yet. View was perfect and the house decorations are beautiful! Host was very responsive to all our emails and calls. Thelfit inside the house was imppressive. Highly recommended!

Stunning Property

An incredible property with so much space and spectacular views. Kids loved having their own bathrooms and lounge area to relax and spent a lot of time in the pool. Great location to explore the surrounding area in both directions and very handy for the local fish and chip shop and the larger shopping centre. Lots of choices for eating out including the Bowling Club which was good for kids and Bannisters for the adults which are both minutes away. Would definitely recommend, this property has it all.

Amazing

It is not very often we go into a property and it is even better than it looks online. The view from the main level is amazing! We loved having the heated pool as the weather was a bit chilly.
