For a resort that’s listed as a premium property it was overall disappointing. Room service staff and food was just terrible. Staff unable to take orders or get them right. Appreciate that English is not the language in this country but the non-local staff should be trained in English as that was the main way to communicate. We had to return our food a few times and the staff were visibly irritated and rude when we sent it back. Even after paying for a late checkout we had multiple phone calls to the room during the asking when we were going to leave and if we were ready to leave. Rooms had lukewarm water and when I asked the staff they said that’s as good as it gets. The actual Restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. There were a number of the front desk staff that were also very helpful. Rooms were big and beds comfortable. Paying the amount we did for this place I would expect a much higher standard of service and ability to communicate with guests.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The facilities were outstanding — I especially appreciated the full women’s gym, the pool, and the relaxing spa, all of which were excellent. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with convenient daily housekeeping that made our stay even more comfortable. The daily buffet breakfast and lunch were lovely, offering a great variety of cuisines to suit every taste. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
