My concerns were communicated with the host and the only response I recieved was thank you for your comment. Absolutely nothing was done to address my concerns VRBO, please review this host. Read below...Sir, although my time at this property has come to an end, I am far from finished with my review of your lack of professionalism. I patronized you in my previous email because of fear of what you might do to cause me issues during my stay. I can only hope that you are new to this and if the opposite is true than you should be removed from this site. I base this this on the following and my review will contain this.1/ lack of professionism2/ 24 hours to respond to any communication. 3/ lack of toilet paper. 2.5 rolls for 2 people for 7 days.4/ your brochure lacks important information..re: hvac information.5/ Floor was not clean and not swept. 6/ enclosed hot tub was difficult to use because of the overwhelming vapor of chlorine. this is a health Hazard.7/ lack of transparency about wifi. a small sticker on the side of a fridge is not acceptable. your clients should never have to look for this information. closing, I find your responses very intimidating and thus why I waited until the last day to express my concerns. You should not be allowed to carry on business on VRBO
