Séjour mitigé
SĂ©jour du 19 au 29/03/2024. Accueil agrĂ©able, villa fidĂšle Ă l'annonce. Belle vue sur la mer. Appel rassurant de l'agence le 2Ăšme jour pour s'enquĂ©rir que tout se passe bien. Malheureusement, deux jours et demi avant notre dĂ©part nous avons subi une coupure gĂ©nĂ©rale d'eau dans le quartier et ses environs (TrĂšs frĂ©quents car rĂ©seau d'eau trĂšs vĂ©tuste). Nous dĂ©plorons le dĂ©sintĂ©rĂȘt total de l'agence devant notre problĂšme et de s'entendre dire d'aller se doucher Ă la plage et faire des provisions de pacs d'eau. Devant notre insistance, on nous a quand mĂȘme consenti une douche dans une villa voisine juste avant notre vol. Devant le refus catĂ©gorique du remboursement des pacs d'eau, nous conseillons de louer plutĂŽt les villas voisines, de mĂȘme standing, qui sont, elles, Ă©quipĂ©es de rĂ©serves d'eau de secours afin de profiter de vos vacances du premier au dernier jours dans de bonnes conditions.

Maison située en hauteur avec une trÚs belle vue sur la mer .
Terrasse et piscine agréable à vivre.
Les alizĂ©s soufflent et on y respire bien avec un peu plus de fraĂźcheur quâen bas sur la mer.
LâĂ©quipement est standard avec quelques points dâamĂ©lioration ( ex : aspirateur ) .

La localisation est parfaite pour circuler dans lâĂźle. Peut ĂȘtre un tout petit peu loin des commerces pour aller chercher le pain le matin.

Superbe vue
TrÚs agréable maison créole avec une superbe vue sur la baie de ste Anne. Gérance efficace.
Une voiture est indispensable car ça monte fort depuis la route du littoral mais on est proche du centre de ste Luce. Une trÚs belle adresse.

Excellent séjour, au calme avec une vue magnifique
Villa trÚs agréable, trÚs calme et trÚs bien équipé. La climatisation dans les chambres est appréciable, et la grande terrasse permet de déjeuner en plein air avec une trÚs belle vue sur la baie de Ste Anne.
Le seul petit bĂ©mol pourrait ĂȘtre la piscine, bien que trĂšs apprĂ©ciable et bien entretenue, peut-ĂȘtre un peu petite si vous venez Ă 4 ou 6 (nous n'Ă©tions que 2 donc suffisant pour nous), et manquant d'intimitĂ© vis Ă vis de la rue (pas de haie).
Mais globalement nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le quartier est trÚs calme, et nous avons été trÚs bien et gentiment accueillis.
