Les points positifs de cette villa sont la grande terrasse avec coin repas et coin salon ainsi que la piscine avec vue sur Marie-Galante. Les points nĂ©gatifs : cuisine Ă  refaire, absence de fenĂȘtres et de moustiquaires dans les chambres Ă©quipĂ©es uniquement de volets style battant laissant passer les moustiques la nuit, chambre en bas de la villa humide, beaucoup de moustiques dans la cuisine et le salon. Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 14 jours Ă  la villa Ti'Punch soit du 6 au 20 fĂ©vrier 2025. La villa est trĂšs bien positionnĂ© et la vue sur la mer et Marie-Gallante est Ă  coupĂ© le souffle! Bel accueil de David avec le petit dĂ©jeuner, toujours au bout du fil, excellent service de sa part et de sa conjointe, merci! La piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement Ă©tait parfaite, chaude, bien entretenu et quoi dire de plus de la vue encore une fois! Un jeu de pĂ©tanque sur le cĂŽtĂ© de la villa, trĂšs agrĂ©able pour le 5 Ă  7! La villa Ă©tait trĂšs propre, les lits Ă©taient confos, et l'espace extĂ©rieur Ă©tait juste parfait! Le grand patio est amĂ©nagĂ© avec un coin salon, coin chaises longues et coin salle Ă  diner sans oublier le bar extĂ©rieur avec son frigo! Le seul point qui devrait ĂȘtre pris en considĂ©ration des proprios serait la rĂ©no des salles de bain et de la cuisine, ça serait un bel atout Ă  la villa sans oubliĂ© un petit coup de peinture et pourquoi pas de considĂ©rer d'y changer les balustrades de bois pour du verre pour y maximiser la vue! Dans tout les cas, nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour Ă  Ti-Punch et oui nous le recommandons fortement pour la vue, la proximitĂ© des belles plages, le confort et surtout le repos quelle nous a apportĂ©. La faune est au rendez-vous avec ses oiseaux et ces grenouilles qui se chante la pomme la nuit sans oubliĂ© les coqs qui se tiennent tĂȘte et nous y ajoutons sans contredit la beautĂ© luxuriante qui entoure cette villa. 4,5 Ă©toiles
