Discover 5 bedrooms (3 King size beds, 1 160cm bed, and 1 140cm bed) each arranged to ensure your comfort and privacy, as well as 2 bathrooms. The large living room is the ideal place to gather, offering a friendly and bright space, as well as a large independent kitchen fully equipped. At your disposal, a selection of entertaining games for all ages, everyone will find something to occupy themselves and create joyful memories with family or friends.

The exterior is just as impressive with a beautiful summer kitchen equipped for friendly barbecues, surrounded by a vast 2000 m2 landscaped garden with no overlooking neighbors and quiet, as well as a large terrace with a pool offering a plunging view of the sea, private and secured for children, lined with sun loungers promises relaxation and refreshing swims under the sun of the Côte d'Azur. You also benefit from 4 parking spaces within the property.

You will be in an estate that promises privacy and calm, while being close to all amenities. Only a few minutes from the city center of Saint-Raphaël, 15 minutes from Fréjus, 40 minutes from Cannes via the iconic Corniche d'Or road running along the coastline of the Esterel massif, with breathtaking viewpoints from the red rock coves, some coves and beaches are accessible and swimming is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Key handover will be done automatically via a key box from 4 pm at the accommodation address.

ADDITIONAL FEES
Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and upon request. An additional payment request may be made for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.

SERVICE
To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that we will send you once the booking is confirmed. Following this, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet available throughout your stay. You will find all the information related to the arrival procedure, how the accommodation works, good addresses, and more.

DEPOSIT
A deposit in the form of an online bank imprint may be requested at the time of booking depending on the platform through which you choose to book our accommodation.
