Depends on what you’re looking for. This hotel targets young families on vacation who want to be close to the beach. We were coming off staying in some high end hotels and booked this key inure because we needed 1 night only. So it fulfilled a pressing need. The rooms are very small but clean. Ample storage but no perks. Staff were very amenable and helpful, which is significant in my books. What it lacked in character it made up for on practicality and customer service.

Quite a good location. Front desk is fine and attentive. The buffet is quite decent, varied and complete.The group that handles the restaurant and bar are very disorganized and a couple are rude. Near the Beach but not impressed

I have stayed in Frejus over 10 times always quite pleased with the rooms. This experience sounded good online but when we got there the photos were nothing like the rooms. You can't even turn around in the bathroom it is that small. The heat was on and the room must have been 30 deg but raining so hard you could not one a window. Smelled bad and beds were not comfy. They need to close this place and renovate

Surprisingly nice little hotel for the price!

We landed upon this place because it was the cheapest hotel still available on a holiday weekend, and we needed one night during a driving trip. We did not expect much but were quite surprised by how pleasant the hotel was and its very close proximity to the beach and a large recreational area. Our room was small (a double bed with a single bed in the entry way took up most of the floor space) but sufficient, and was even supplied with a small clothes drying rack that would be ideal for use on beach holidays. It was clean and comfortable and the receptionists were very friendly. The pool area looked like it would be nice as well, and the beach is a couple of minutes walk down the road. We did not eat at the hotel, but found inexpensive light meals among the nearby port restaurants and cafes (there's a nice bakery on the near side). The only downside was that internet was only available downstairs in the common areas, and there were no screens on the windows, so we got a mosquito.

Little gem of a hotel.

Great little hotel. Staff are absolutely lovely. Could not fault this hotel at all, within the price bracket. My (single/twin) room was a tiny bit cramped, but not really a problem for one. Two would have required some juggling about in the room. Lobby, restaurant, bar were all nicely decorated and light and airy. Free (good bandwidth) wi-fi. Pool was clean with great sunbeds. Would stay again. Literally 2 minutes walk from the beach or port area.

Good location on the Med'.

We arrived after a lot of driving in the rain and were met by a very friendly and helpful team of staff, who made our comfort a priority. The pool was open, which made a nice change to the two previous ones.

Location before Luxury!

Without a car and no late trains or buses to meet late flights at Nice, we arrived after reception closed at 8.0 pm. No problem but no information either except the key to our room. Glad we had been forewarned about the 'Mini' aspects here: mini lift, mini bed-room with tiny shower, no toiletries, kettle or hair dryer (but plenty of storage space), mini breakfast, small (but heated) pool. Mini Bar hours too: it closed at 10.0pm We were relieved that access to beaches, marina, Frejus and San Raphael towns is very easy by foot or bus (stop outside door). We found all Staff pleasant and helpful, most speak some English and didn't sneer at our bad French. Tours and free activities were arranged daily. Petanque court in the garden Optional meals were cooked and eaten al fresco, in the shade. Almost all guests were French and aged 60+.

Overall a nice hotel in a convenient location. Breakfast not exciting, buffet dinner ran out quite quickly - slow service to provide more food! Room cleaning was done very late, on one of the days we stayed our room was cleaned/beds made-up around 7pm!! Swimming pool is quite good

Nous avons dormi à l'hotel 2 nuits et tant mieux car pour 3, nous avions une chambre ou personne ne pouvait se tourner, tellement elle était exiguë... Le petit lit etait à côté de la porte du couloir, donc on entendait tout les bruits du couloir... Chambre vétuste, rideaux tachés, meuble pas très éclatant et surtout une salle de bain très très petite, la douche je n'en parle même pas, on ne peut même pas se tourner sans toucher les parois... Bref très décevant. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement.
