Family villa with Unique Sea view for 11people
The accommodation is composed of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 11 people.
The villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and will be perfect for a tourist stay. It has: Parking, Coffee machine (Nespresso), Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television (with Canal+ subscription), Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Dryer, Wifi (fiber) and Air conditioner. You can also enjoy the outdoors with the large swimming pool of 10 meters by 4 meters redone (overflow, treated with salt, secured by submerged and heated shutter), the petanque ground (with a game of bowls and a game de molkki), and the ping pong table (we have rackets and balls).
The accommodation has 5 single beds (90x200) and 3 double beds (160x200 cm). It is suitable for babies (cot, changing table, suitable crockery and baby chair).
It will be very appreciated for its proximity to the favorite places of the locals. The area is closed, so you will be quiet away from traffic.
The house is built on four levels on the side of the hill of Antéor, you can make magnificent walks in the Estérel, massif with pretty red stones. You will have very beautiful views of the sea, Saint-Raphaël and Cannes from the heights of the hill. Going along the property you will find the stairs of the domain leading to the sea, just 10 minutes walk
A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. The keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4 p.m. to the address of the accommodation.
EXTRA CHARGES
Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
