Maison Sébastien: Comfort, Pool, and Nature in the Périgord Vert
Located in Saint-Pierre-de-Côle, the spacious Maison Sébastien (257 m²) is ideal for family holidays or groups of friends, accommodating up to 14 people. You will find a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 additional toilets. For your comfort, the house offers Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. A ping-pong table, a baby bed, and a high chair are also at your disposal.
Outside, you can enjoy a large private area with a fenced pool (open from May to October, closed for maintenance from November 2024 to April 2025), a garden, terrace, barbecue, playground, outdoor shower, and a pétanque court with boules provided. Two parking spaces are available on site. Families with children and one pet are welcome, and bachelor parties or similar events are allowed. On request, bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra fee.
The region offers many activities and discoveries: explore the charming villages of the Périgord Vert, go hiking or cycling in the surrounding nature, discover historical sites and castles, enjoy local markets and regional producers, or venture to rivers and lakes for swimming, fishing, and canoeing.

Maison ancienne bien et joliment rénovée, confortable.Les lits sont bons, la cuisine bien équipée.La piscine est très agréable, entourée de verdure.Pas vraiment de jardin, mais deux grandes terrasses accueillantes.Propriétaire à l'écoute et réactif.
