Alléchant sur le papier mais éviter de réserver ce bien.

Après avoir notifié à l’agence dès notre arrivée, quelques anomalies, nous avons dressé une liste par défaut de prise en compte après 5 jours de séjour: - maison sale (sol cuisine, plinthes cuisine fortement tachées et poisseuses), - vaisselle rangée non lavée (photo disponible) - bac congélation dans 1 frigo (photo disponible) - 1 bac à douche bouché - 1 WC dysfonctionnel (chasse d eau qui ne s arrête pas de couler) - pas de sèche cheveux dans la villa, - portes coulissantes placards master-chambre bloquées, - pelouse non vérifiée : plusieurs capsules de bouteilles de bière non ramassées, - plinthes des marches de terrasse en bois, dévissées, - des notre arrivée, constatons que le fond de la piscine n’est pas très propre malgré un rideau de couverture à lattes pvc , - piscine sans équipement de sécurité anti-chute (photo disponible) - piscine qui se vide durant le séjour : l’entretien est hebdomadaire. Le vendredi matin le pisciniste ajoute de l’eau pour éviter la cavitation des pompes. Le pisciniste nous informe que le liner est percé depuis 1 an (1 an) et que la fuite d’eau est donc normale. - BBQ Weber graisseux et pas nettoyé, l’allumage piézoélectrique est « capricieux » - les vantaux des baies vitrées ne se verrouillent pas tous: obligation de baisser les rideaux PVC pour sécuriser la maison, - last and not least: le portail par la rue des Mésanges ne ferme pas et racle le sol. Le bon point: en l’absence de transats autour la piscine, l’agence a tout de même livré 4 transats à notre demande. Nous sommes arrivés un samedi 9, l’agence nous a proposé un rdv de plombier la 14 juillet alors que nous étions absents. Le plombier s’est déplacé le 15 matin pour constater le défaut de douche et du WC mais sans rien réparer. Notre séjour s’est terminé contractuellement le 16 à 10h00. …….les charentais sont charmants//

Séjour très satisfaisant dans l'ensemble

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette maison sympa de St Palais. On peut aller à la plage à pied mais ce n'est pas tout près (tout comme boulangerie..). Quartier calme, à 2 pas du lieu de réception du mariage où nous allions (domaine de St palais). Maison très propre à l'exception de la piscine qui n'avait pas été traitée par les piscinistes. Ils sont donc venus pour chlorer pendant notre séjour mais cela nous a privé d'une demi journée de piscine.. Très bien équipée (2 frigos par ex) à l'exception du lave vaisselle qui mériterait d'être changé (vraiment pas pratique du tout..). Bonne communication avec le gérant mais c'est pénible de devoir aller chercher les clés à l'agence et non pas de les retrouver à la location. Jardin sympa, table de ping pong, grande table pour déjeuner dehors, jeux pour enfants, bref, je recommande.

Maison très agréable avec des points à améliorer

- rue des perdrix bruyante la nuit (retour boite de nuit) et dès le matin avec les camions (chantier residence plus loin) - manque de propreté à notre arrivée (photos à l'appui), toiles araignée, sols sales.... ménage fait tous les 15 jours? -Piscine; a viré au vert le vendredi car pas possible de rajouter eau et un des employés piscine le samedi de notre arrivée n'a pas mis traitement en cours après un traitement choc anti algue.... mais maison très confortable et bien équipée
