Ground floor: living room/lounge (decorative fireplace), kitchen, shower room, WC, 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (1 double bed), shower room/WC. Wifi. Enclosed landscaped grounds of 400 m² (courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue), private swimming pool (6x12m) heated from 15/06 to 30/08 shared by the 2 gîtes. Another gîte on site: H85G010371. Options: End of stay cleaning: €80/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Baby bed and high chair on request.
In addition: Tourist tax; Central heating with heat pump: 3€/day (to be paid to the owner).
