Great house in a beautiful, peaceful location. Plenty of bedrooms and layout was great giving everyone their own space and even their own bathroom. Eric was easy to work with, great communication. We really enjoyed our stay!

the main house and guest house were as noted in the owner's notes about the property. we had extended family on this trip and there was plenty of space for all. kitchen is well stocked with small appliances - coffee maker(s), air fryer, insta-pot. having access to use the grill and fire pit aided in enjoying meals at the house! house was in prime location as we had events in dataw island, habersham and fripp island. if our plans bring us back this way again, we will check on its availability!

Beautiful home with beautiful views in a secluded area with plenty of privacy. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Plenty of room in the main house and included an additional guest house. The owner provided crab traps that we used to catch tons of crabs and even caught a few fish and sharks from the dock. Traveling to Beaufort, Hilton Head, Savanah and Charleston were an easy trip if you wanted to spend a day in the city. Hunting State Park Beach was beautiful and an easy car ride from the home. It also provided facilities. This was our fist time not staying right on the beach but it worked out well being right on the water with the dock and pool. Our only suggestion would be for the outdoor area and pool to be better maintained which may already be happening since our stay.

Nice secluded home

As advertised very secluded big house sleep fourteen but with teenagers we did bring a couple of air mattresses so each boy would have their own bed, with no one else around us on vacation and quite. Nice dock to fish from and pool for the kids. Was about 12-15 minute drive to stores and restaurants but good food all around us.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our large group, with plenty of space to spread out and several cozy areas to gather and relax together. The property was beautiful, the location couldn’t have been better, and the communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We felt right at home and can’t wait to book again!

Eric is the bomb to rent from! He was right on top of anything that we needed! Quite neighborhood. Great house for families or girlfriends weekend! The house is beautiful and the pool in heavenly to sit by and enjoy the breeze! We will definitely rent this place again

The property lives up the it’s name. Fishing, swimming and family fun! The house and guest house is perfect for a family getaway. The host was awesome. We will go back soon!!

Island house

Inside the house is beautiful. Has a tremendouse amount of room for a large family/friends. Everything inside is clean and spacious. This time of year (April) the outside has a lot of leaves and dirt on the chairs and lounge area around the firepit. We had to brush off the debris ourselves an flip the cushions before using. Grill area was really dirty and pool was green with algae and unusable.

Spacious waterfront house!

Had a fabulous time in the SC marsh. House has tons of space for family and friends. Places to gather and cute little areas for solitude. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family reunion

We stayed here 3 nights for a small family reunion-6 of us. The house was comfortable and clean inside. There are nice spaces to sit and visit outside as well. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The house could use some updating and outside kitchen could use a good scrubbing but nothing that kept us from enjoying our trip. The owner was very responsive to texts and was very easy to work with. I would stay there again.

The Dock That Dreams Are Made Of

Escaped from the grind at this low country treasure of a home. Night one, kids caught 9 sharks off the dock. The views were spectacular. If this house had a theme song it would be Otis Redding’s Sitting on the Dock of the Bay. The home more than comfortably slept 4 adults, 2 teens, and 3 littles.
