Studio cabin located on the 2nd floor with elevator. Studio comprising a living room with kitchenette (no electric oven but only a microwave - 1 Rapido Express sofa bed for 2 people 140x190 cm), a sleeping area suitable for 2 children preferably, without opening onto the outside (1 bunk bed for 1 person 90x190 cm and 1 sofa bed for 1 person), a bathroom (bath and WC). Balcony (1 small table and 2 chairs). Free public parking in front of the residence. Residence with 45 apartments located opposite the Mollaret chairlift, at the top of the resort. Resort center 1 km away with shops open during the tourist season: self-service laundry, pharmacy, sports shops, mini-market, doctor's office, post office. Bakery near the residence. Many activities for families depending on the season, Longes sports center with swimming pool, balneotherapy center, cinema and bowling... Exceptional location at the foot of the St François-Longchamp slopes, linking Valmorel! The Grand Domaine offers 165 km of downhill ski slopes. 16 km away, Espace Nordique du Grand Coin above Montaimont offers cross-country ski trails, snowshoe walks, and biathlon initiation, in a natural setting of meadows and forests. In summer, hikes for all levels around the Col de la Madeleine, between the Maurienne and Tarentaise valleys.
