Clinging to the hill in the heart of Fromantica, the villa "A Furnangina" overlooks the bay of Saint-Florent offering a magnificent view of the sea and the wild hills which border it. Equipped with all modern comforts (bathroom, shower room, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, ...), the villa is also very pleasant to live in summer, with its large terrace under the shade of the vine, its swimming pool, and even its pétanque ground! 25 ares of wooded and fenced land surround the house. Private parking included (with automatic gate). The sea is only 500 meters on foot by a private road reserved for the inhabitants of the district. For food lovers, a large summer kitchen will welcome you, with plancha, barbecue and pizza oven.

Great home for a family vacation

We enjoyed staying in this home for a family reunion. The view is amazing and we enjoyed the pool, pétanque court, outdoor dining table, and all the amenities that were available. The house is very well situated - the beach is just a 10-minute walk down the hill, and the village of St Florent is 5 minutes by car. We highly recommend it!

Wat hebben wij een heerlijke vakantie gehad en daar heeft de villa ook veel aan bijgedragen. De eerste indruk van het interieur voelt als gedateerd aan maar de ruimte en compleetheid maken dit meer dan goed. De 6 slaapkamers waren ruim en de bedden/matrassen waren voldoende (sommige goed andere iets minder). De 2 losse badkamers en de 2 badkamers ensuite voldeden ook prima, ook al was het soms even wachten op warm water. Niet iedere ruimte heeft een airco maar de 2 airco's konden de ruimtes voldoende koelen. De keuken is klein maar van alles meer dan voldoende voorzien. De afzuigkap kon een schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken, maar de villa was voor de rest wel schoon. Maar waar het in de vakantie allemaal om gaat is lekker buiten zijn en daar biedt deze villa alles wat je nodig hebt, diverse plekjes om in de schaduw te zitten of te zonnen, een handige buitenkeuken en een heerlijk zwembad. Heb je geen zin om aan het zwembad te zitten loop je in 10 minuten naar het strand, en ja de terugweg is even klimmen. Saint Florent is een leuk plaatsje met de auto 5 minuten en lopend in een half uurtje te bereiken. Om het af te sluiten is het uitzicht over de bergen en de zee echt schitterend, dit geeft je het fantastische vakantiegevoel, we missen het nu al!

On peut aller Ă  la plage Ă  pied 10min Piscine avec une vue magnifique. Nous Ă©tions 11 personnes et nous n avons pas manquĂ© de place Ă  part dans la cuisine oĂč il manque un peu de plan de travail pour cuisiner. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée. Nous étions 3 couples avec deux enfants chacun. Tous les espaces sont bien pensés pour que chacun puisse profiter. La vue est sublime et l'accÚs à la plage à pied est trÚs appréciable. L'accueil est chaleureux et la disponibilité totale. C'était la 2e fois que nous venions, et c'est toujours un plaisir ! Lovely villa with wonderful views

The villa was in many ways perfect for our family group. It is spacious, practical and well equipped. (The air conditioning was an added bonus in the heatwave!) The kitchen, although not large, is very well equipped and there is a choice of places to sit and eat - outside on the veranda under the grapevines near the pool or inside on the enclosed balcony/patio area. All the bedrooms were simple and spacious and nice. The pool was lovely and cool and has a stunning sun platform overlooking the sea which made us feel like we were in Hollywood! The local beach can be reached easily in about 5-10 minutes walking down but a bit longer back home up the hill. While not the most beautiful beach in Corsica it is very nice with soft sand and clear water. Our only disappointment was that we had understood we would be within walking distance of St Florent. Although technically this is true, the walk is quite long (at least 30 minutes which was challenging in the heat) so you really need a car to get into town for your morning bread or an evening visit to the lively bars. Sheets and towels and cleaning were all included in the price and we felt it was good value. Overall we all liked the villa very much and the hosts were helpful and kind. We had a lovely holiday.

La maison est trĂšs spacieuse et comprend de nombreux points forts (piscine, grill, jeux pour enfants, de nombreuses chambres et salles de bain, climatisation, coin repas sous les vignes,
). L’emplacement est calme et bien situĂ© (15 minutes de marche jusqu’à la plage). La plage est d’ailleurs trĂšs belle et idĂ©ale pour les enfants (descend trĂšs doucement). La communication avec les gĂ©rants et responsables Ă©tait trĂšs facile. On Ă©tait 6 adultes et 4 enfants et on a adorĂ© ! On y retournera sans hĂ©sitations !!! On recommande

La maison est situĂ©e idĂ©alement sur les hauteurs de la baie de Saint Florent. Vue magnifique sur la baie. Grande maison trĂšs fonctionnelle. Grande piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able avec vue . AccĂšs facile. La mer est Ă  10- 15 min Ă  pieds ( Le retour monte ). Grande table sous la tonnelle de vigne Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la piscine. TrĂšs sympa pour les repas que nous prenions a 11 le soir. Bref, c’est le paradis !

Bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Accueil sympathique. Maison agréable sur les hauteurs de la baie de St Florent dans un quartier résidentiel, tranquillité et confort. AccÚs pédestre direct à la plage de la Roya ainsi qu'aux Agriates. Matériel suffisant. Wifi, télé, jeux, livres.... Petit bémol sur les extérieurs: manque d'entretien de la plancha et du barbecue ainsi que des contours de la maison, piscine inutilisable (eau verte). A recommander malgré ces petits désagréments.

Nous étions 7 séniors , la maison est trÚs agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour , rien ne manque , les couchages sont trÚs bons ( les chambres grandes et les salles de bain et d'eau confortables) Quel régal de prendre ses petits déjeuners avec la vue du golfe de Saint Florent . Eine flĂŒchtige Tour durch einen lokalen Agenten, dann entdecken Sie das Haus. Schließen Sie zuerst das elektrische Gartentor: Oh, arbeiten Sie nicht. Außenbeleuchtung an: Die HĂ€lfte funktioniert nicht. Kaffee kochen: Maschine hatte noch alten Kaffee drin. FĂŒllen der Thermoskanne: noch mit altem Kaffee gefĂŒllt. Schmutzige GlĂ€ser und Becher im Porzellanschrank. Spinnennetze und Netze von 50 cm hĂ€ngen von der Decke. SchiebetĂŒren verriegeln: Kein TĂŒrschloss funktioniert. Wir wissen, dass es veraltet ist, aber die oben genannten Dinge sollten in Ordnung sein, bevor Sie Ihr Haus vermieten und Ihnen auch die Reinigung in Rechnung stellen. 1 Klimaanlage pro Etage zu wenig, um alle RĂ€ume zu kĂŒhlen. Es ist ein wirklich schöner Ort, aber das Objekt selbst muss wĂ€hrend der Wartung grundlegend ĂŒberarbeitet werden.
