The accommodation:
Come and enjoy your vacation in this apartment ideally located 100 meters from Les Lecques beach (fine sand). On the first and top floor of this 4-apartment condominium, you will find a living room equipped with a television and a sofa. This space opens onto a terrace, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying lunch with the family!

The sleeping area features a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and another bedroom with two 80 cm beds. A closet provides storage space.

You will also find a small bathroom equipped with a shower and a single sink. The toilet is separate.

Parking:
You can park your vehicle in the gated and private residence.

Amenities:
The apartment has a washing machine and an outdoor area with a table and chairs. The kitchen features all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious summer meals. It also includes a filter coffee maker, a kettle, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a freezer, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a toaster, a bread cutting board, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a television, a fan, and a griddle for grilling!

Bed linens and towels:
As an optional extra, upon request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small per person).

Duvets are available if needed (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be required at the agency reception.
