Corner 2-bedroom mezzanine apartment (approx. 39.83 m²), equipped for 4 people with a furnished terrace with garden furniture, facing southeast (approx. 7.64 m²). Superb views of the sea, mountains, and swimming pool. Located on the 3rd and top floor with elevator. Entrance hall, living room with TV, equipped kitchenette: small fridge-freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, microwave, griddle, raclette grill. One bedroom (sea view) with a double bed (140 cm) and wardrobe, a second bedroom (sea view) with a pull-out sofa bed (2 x 80 cm), chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Small mezzanine with a pull-out sofa bed (1 x 90 cm + 1 x 80 cm). Shower room and separate WC. Electric roller shutters, 2 fans. Secure parking at the foot of the building.
