Entrance hall, living room with TV, sideboard, equipped kitchenette: small fridge-freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, microwave, extractor hood... One bedroom (sea view) with a double bed (140cm) and wardrobe, a second bedroom (sea view) opening onto the terrace with a pull-out sofa bed (2 x 80cm), chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Small mezzanine with a pull-out sofa bed (1 x 90cm + 1 x 80cm). Shower room and separate WC. Electric roller shutters, 2 fans. Secure parking at the foot of the building.
