peu accueillant

L'accueil impersonnel donne deja le ton au sĂ©jour. Les couloirs sont trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©s et chauffĂ©s mais arrivĂ© dans la chambre : Pas de chauffage alors qu'il faisait 8 a l'extĂ©rieur. Pas de voilage aux fenĂȘtres alors que beaucoup de vis a vis. Uniquement des rideaux occultant mais pas trĂšs envie de vivre dans le noir. Et le pompom : La piscine soit disant chauffĂ©e qui ne l'Ă©tait pas. Pour le repas du soir, musique trop forte, personnel peut discret et non professionnel. Nous n'avions pas besoin de participer a leur conversation privĂ©e derriere le rideaux Au final nous ne sommes mĂȘme pas restĂ©s pour le petit dĂ©jeuner Nous n'y retournerons pas

Off and sleepy - good or bad?

Resort that comes at a fair price and appears to have a lovely pool but unfortunately somewhat underdelivers. For instance, the pool is a little awkward to get to and there are no refreshments available there. Likewise, the hotel itself is outside the small village and service seems a bit sleepy. However, all that being said if one wants to be left alone this is certainly a good value hotel.

Un hĂŽtel calme et accueillant, une dĂ©coration authentique et chaleureuse le tout en parfait Ă©tat, des Ă©quipements de dĂ©tente et de sport trĂšs complets (sĂ©ance de sport et jacuzzi dans la foulĂ©e, un bonheur !), un environnement magnifique tout enneigĂ©, bref tout Ă©tait parfait ! Tout le personnel de l'hĂŽtel s'est montrĂ© trĂšs accueillant et aimable durant notre sĂ©jour, nous avons ainsi pu trouver le repos et le dĂ©paysement que nous Ă©tions venus chercher ! Tout a Ă©tĂ© mis en Ɠuvre pour faciliter notre weekend avec notre bĂ©bĂ© de 2 ans, ce fut bien apprĂ©ciable. CĂŽtĂ© restauration, trĂšs bonne note Ă©galement avec un excellent repas le samedi soir, Ă  la fois copieux et raffinĂ©, bravo au chef. Excellente qualitĂ© de service en salle Ă©galement avec de prĂ©cieux conseils Ɠnologiques Ă  souligner, un trĂšs bon moment ! Le petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait lui aussi Ă  la hauteur, que ce soit en quantitĂ© proposĂ©e qu'en qualitĂ© des produits. Nous repartons comblĂ©s avec la ferme intention de revenir et l'espoir de voir des lieux d'accueil comme le vĂŽtre perdurer de longues annĂ©es, Merci !
