Well-designed and bathed in light, it offers a modern and warm atmosphere, with a large terrace to fully enjoy beautiful days.

You will enjoy a large living area including:
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, induction hobs, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, and dishwasher)
- A dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people
- A lounge area with a sofa bed (140x200) and TV with TNT channels

From this main room, you will access a private terrace, furnished with garden furniture. An ideal space to relax and enjoy the view of the banks of the Cher.

The apartment offers two bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a double bed 140x200, storage
- One bedroom with a 160x200 bed, storage
Both beds are prepared to ensure your comfort upon arrival. The sofa bed kit will be provided for 5 adults or more.

The bathroom is modern and spacious with a large shower, sink, and washing machine (non-drying). The toilet is separate.

In the residence, you will benefit from a private parking space (maneuvering may be complicated for large vehicles) and secure bicycle parking.

For your children, we provide on-site at no extra charge a travel cot (without mattress or sheets), a high chair, and a baby bath.

Self-check-in is available from 4 PM using a key box, and check-out is at 10 AM.

At your disposal:
Towels according to the number of tenants and household linen (tea towels and bath mats)
Cleaning products, welcome kit for a first breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar) and basic grocery items

We regret that we cannot accept pets.

A security deposit of €300 will be requested by bank imprint, not debited.
