Only one person there taking care of everything it took me over 15 minutes to check in. The room smells like mildew carpet very dirty. The bathroom had mildew on the top ceiling it was green and black. The room had cockroaches, and for some reason we were locked out of our room three separate times one time there was nobody available because that person left the premises to go get something to eat so we waited 25 minutes to get back into our rooms at 105° weather outside. This hotel should definitely We shut down it was the worst service ever.

Our room lacked hot water. We asked for extra pillow n blanket and were told they r not available finally a guy brought us a matress pad from another room. No hot water at all. One faucet broken no one came to fix. Internet not working no aircon in the hallway. No drinking water provided. No one came to clean our room. No staff at the front counter very bad experience i want refund

The only plus side was that it was quiet because no one stayed there. The outside looked like it was newly renovated but the inside is a different story. The inside is old, run-down, the latch on the door was broken, dirty tub, had to hold the shower curtain in place, holes behind the door, lone dead lamp, etc. We traveled 7 hours from So Cal to attend a family event and there was nothing else available so we decided to stay for a couple of nights. The lady at the front desk seemed like she hated her job (nothing welcoming about this place), we can smell weed in the hallway every night coming back to our room. I felt unsafe. I used to travel to Switzerland and the Raddison Blue was top notch. This place gives the Raddison a bad name. Never again!

Under construction. New tower got shot down by city inspector half way through my stay and they tried placing everyone in their okd rooms that smelled of cat pee. Wires hanging from the ceiling etc. made no sense so we almost all got refunds. Sad part about a refund is now wherever u find an available room it’s last minute and will be pricier than booking ahead. The only pro about this hotel is the girls up front we’re always helpful and super sweet.
