The toilet was broken no other room available and part was needed to be ordered to fix we were up all night using public downstairs bathroom. The air in the room didn't work. We moved rooms the second day of our stay. I believe a refund should be given. Hotel stated that they would have given a refund but rhey couldnt since it was booked through Expedia
