8/10 Good

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
The house was overall clean and accurately listed. The only down fall was that I was charged a 150 early entry fee and was left without early access and the host was not communicating. I was sitting outside the house after a long travel Verbo had to assist me with entry access with no reimbursement. When I entered the property it had not been swept or mopped and the mess was very visible with actual dirt stains all over the property floor which left me with an uneasy feeling of how well the property had been cleaned between stays. Other than that it was well equipped and in a nice area.
