We were disappointed with our stay. We reserved a 5 person room paying more for the "5th person". But there was only 2 queen beds. They wouldn't allow a roll away bed for fire hazard. So my daughter had to sleep on the floor. Had we know that, we could have booked the cheaper room that still had 2 queen beds. There is no reason that room should have been a 5 person room. If they thought you can get 3 people on each queen bed, then it would have said up to 6 people. The lady at the front desk was working by herself. It ended up taking 3 hours to get the extra blankets for my daughter to sleep on the floor.

We had to request a refrigerator and microwave. The fridge was filthy inside and hummed so bad we had to keep it in the bathroom just to sleep. The customers above us stomped loudly both nights and the front desk never answered a call for us to complain. The shower has used soaps in the stall. The parking lot in the back has trash strewn all around and cars with loud music at all hours. This was an expensive super 8 hotel experience at best. I'll never book here again nor recommend it to anyone.
Good place to stay for a night
Service was terrible. Paid $200 for a King room. Hotel is beautiful but checked in at 9pm and waited while employee talked on phone and ate. In morning breakfast 6-10 was still waiting for coffee at 830am employees wouldn't give me coffee packets for room and were absolutely unapologetic and made me feel like I was being unreasonable and bothering them which is NOT how I want to feel at 7am half dressed in a hotel. Service was horrible. My stay was very inconvenient. Will NEVER stay there again.
