Kimbler - Saco Bay Rentals

This quaint 2-bedroom cottage has ocean views from the front deck!  Situated on a dead-end street three houses back from beach, the cottage is surrounded by beach grass with spectacular ocean views.  New couch in 2023 and newly renovated bathroom with stand-up shower, new sink, toilet, and flooring.    Please note you would need to go through one bedroom (the one with the full bed) to access the bathroom. Washer & clothesline, microwave, cable TV, phone, WI-FI, gas grille. There is a non-working fireplace. Sleeps 5 in beds and 6 with blowup matress; Parking for 2 cars. 

Dogs are allowed with pre-approval.  No cats.
 
The cottage features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with cable channels. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and a phone.
