This property is a single home thoughtfully divided into two private units. Each unit has its own separate entrance.
When booked together, the full property includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for larger groups who want space to spread out while still staying under one roof!

The coolest spot on the hottest part of Rye Beach. This newly renovated beach house is just a 3 minute walk onto Wallis Sands [known by the locals as Pirate's Cove]. Located directly behind the Rye Beach Surf Club, and across the street from Kooks Beach Bar and Cafe. Spend your vacation on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and relax on the private patio [w/grill]. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves, wake up in the morning with Isles of Shoals views from the comfiest king bed.

The space:
Enjoy the beach with your entire family & friends at this double unit property.

Each side is identical, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen and living room on each side. (In total: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 2 BBQ grills).

Each unit has separate entry points and are not connected by any interior doors.

PLEASE NOTE: Must climb spiral staircases to access second floor. The Spiral Staircases are very narrow, and can be difficult to climb while carrying luggage. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES OR SMALL CHILDREN.

Walk to Pirates cove in under 3 min! You will have 6 parking spaces. Quick 10 min drive to Portsmouth.

3 min walk from the beach house.
When walking out of the house, take a left towards the SURF CLUB. GO PAST the SURF CLUB, and take the next left to the parking lot of Wallis Sands Beach. This is right across the street from Petey's Market.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes an ironing board.
