Carpenters Lodge is a brand-new Willerby Clearview lodge situated in the peaceful Roebeck country park. This gorgeous holiday home sleeps up to four adults comfortably and offers immaculate, light and spacious accommodation, which has been thoughtfully equipped for your enjoyment. This lodge features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 walk-in wardrobes, and an open-plan living area, as well as having two smart TV's. Outside there is a wraparound balcony with an outdoor dining table and seating, and ample off-road parking for 2 cars. The twin beds can be turned into a super king bed on request, therefore making Carpenters Lodge perfect retreat for two couples.
Carpenters Lodge is conveniently located only a 5 minutes' drive from Ryde on the Isle of Wight, a bustling Victorian seaside town on the North East coast, with its golden sands, boutique shops, pubs, restaurants, and a variety of cafés. Roebeck Country Park is a family owned and operated park and set within beautiful countryside with views of the Ashey Valley. The park offers a secluded and tranquil location with a private fishing lake stocked with carp and tench (licence is required) and ancient woodland.

Roebeck Country Park’s T&C’s (Rules) The speed limit on the site is 5 mph - please comply at all times. Bicycles are allowed on site if ridden with due care and attention at all times. There are moving vehicles at all times and this is the sole responsibility of the person or the guardian, parent of anyone under 18 years of age and will not be the responsibility of the site owner, manager. Rubbish Please put your rubbish in the allocated bifa bins on site. Please do not leave outside of the lodge as this is likely to cause vermin. Your Rubbish is your responsibility and not that of the site owner or its staff Noise Guests of Roebeck Country Park are required to be reasonably quiet between 11.00pm and 08.00am. Please treat others guests as you would wish to be treated. No loud music must be audible at any time. Children: Persons under 18 years of age are the responsibility of the guardian, parent at all times. It is not the responsibility of Roebeck Country Park or its staff to monitor the safety, behaviour and wellbeing of any person.
Playing: Please note there is ample land for children to amuse themselves, whether kicking a football or playing hide and seek in our wooded areas.
Smoking: As per UK Law, smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings on site. Do not throw lighted cigarettes into the bins. Fires and Barbecues: Barbeques and controlled camp fires are allowed on site, but they must be kept off the ground and burned in a safe and controlled manner at all times. They must be overseen at all times by a competent adult.
Fishing: There is a well-stocked fishing lake on site for the use of our guests, a small charge will be applied.
Visitors At the discretion of the site owners or its staff, guests may bring their visitors to site between 10am and 18.00 but they must obtain permission from the site warden.
General: Roebeck Country Park or its staff shall not be held responsible for non-performance of any of its obligations FORCE MAJEURE under a booking agreement in the event of conditions beyond their control, i.e. flooding, vandalism, industrial disputes, fire, riots, adverse weather, civil dispute, epidemics, health risks or such similar events.
Roebeck Country Park will not be held responsible to any guest or visitor for any loss, damage to property or personal injury caused by third parties.
Termination All bookings are accepted in good faith and we reserve the right to refuse or terminate the stay of any person or persons creating a nuisance to others or breaking any of these terms and conditions. Anyone involved in any activity that is likely to cause damage to another person’s property or injury or loss to people or animals will be removed from the site immediately.
