Our stay was very good starting with the wonderful lady that checked us in to the gentlemen that checked us out. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The only thing was the breakfast likes a lot. We went down for breakfast with 30 minutes left but everything was cleaned up. There wasn't any coffee but the gentleman made some right away and offered to get me orange. If ever in the location again we would stay here

I am a regular at this hotel. I stay there about once a month when I am traveling. They have great customer service, have renovated all their rooms and their main office area. They have new furniture, new TV's, better TV service and of course free wifi. They also have free breakfast in the, juice, milk, waffle maker, pastries, muffins, cereal, ect.. Wonder family that runs the place they always treat me right. I would highly recommend staying there.

As we work our way back to the east coast, we have been winging it for our stays. Two nights in a row we have stayed in America Best Value Inns. What nice motels! Last night was in Morrilton, AR. The manager/owner was so friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and the room large. Would definitely stay here again and I have no reservations of recommending it. Nicely priced as well.

This venue is as described. It's basic in the same way that most motels are across the United States but it is clean and the bed is firm but comfy. However, there was a distinct smell of must in our room which given the comnbined heat made our stay quite unpleasant.

We stopped here because it was reasonable priced and it looks good online, but let me tell you, this place is disgusting. We stayed there for a total of 6 hours because we were tired after a long drive, but the LA Quinta in just short of Morrilton in Conway was a way better hotel for similar price, so we got out of here fast and travelled back to Conway and we were much more comfortable and could get some actual rest. First impression, there are old dirty mattresses lying around by the dumpster and other junk scattered around the parking lot. The room we stayed in didn't even look like it had been vacuumed. The tub was disgusting. We didn't shower there, even though we really wanted a hot shower after a 10 hour drive. This place had broken windows on some rooms and hundreds of dead bugs in the window sills. And the smell... the room smelled horrible and the stairwells smelled strongly of urine. We were exhausted, so we slept there, but in order to do so, we felt we needed to strip all the linens(which revealed a nasty yellow stain in the middle of the bed) and use the blankets I had brought in the car. The mattress was very uncomfortable. This place was a nightmare. I hope I can save someone the money and the trouble because I pretty much wasted $78 dollars to feel like I needed a shower even more when I left. The hotel owner was rude and refused to refund my money, so please don't give them any more hard earned money until they do what is required to earn it by shaping up this place and their attitudes. I honestly hope this place gets condemned. Take my advice, stay at any hotel in Conway about 20 minutes down the road for a much better experience.

Property is clean and comfortable. Easy access for weary travelers. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's an older property, but seems maintained and safe.I would recommend to anyone looking for an economic stayover.

For the price, this was a decent place to stay. It seems like an older property but is in fairly good condition. There were a few cosmetic things wrong with the room--nothing drastic. It was nice to have a fridge/microwave combo in the room. Also had a coffee pot and hair dryer in the room. TV, A/C, and (free) WiFi all worked well. We didn't get to use the pool as we had activities to go to with friends. On the plus side, the night clerk was friendly when we checked in and was willing to change our room since my husband walks with a cane and there was no elevator to get to the second floor room we had been given. On the downside, we discovered some loose tobacco on the counter when we checked in and a bottle of meds (not ours) under the bedskirt when we were checking to make sure *we* weren't leaving anything behind. Also a drawback, all of the fast food was at the next exit so I might be tempted to try one of the hotels closer to food next time.

Our third stay here. Due to a schedule conflict with work we were here three days. Enjoyed the pool. Pizza Hut delivers here. Housekeeping came by each day and we traded out towels for new ones, no hassle! Always welcomes our Dautchund, and plenty of room for him to play outside. Will make this our hotel choice in Morrilton!

Wouldn't recommend this hotel even for a brief stay! If first impression of the lobby wasn't enough, rooms are so much worse. Stains, peeling wallpaper, grungy shower curtain and tub....I just don't know where to stop! I had made reservations based on price and tripadvisor reviews which are usually spot on but in this can't put a price on cleanliness and reviews must be mixed up from another hotel. I checked in and within 5 minutes had asked for my refund which was hesitantly granted. The manager at first refused to give me a cancellation number which he said wasn't his policy but after a little persistence...he did give me one. I had never before stayed at any hotel in this chain but this one will ensure that I keep that going. I normally give them a little slack during busy seasons but for this one....can't do! No excuse can justify!

Overall would consider staying there again. Rooms clean, mattress was very firm, small but comfortable pillows, waffles and small prepackaged honey bun for breakfast that was ready at 6:00 am which was nice for early risers. Coffee pot available in room we were in. Pool was not very clean but was being heavily used by kids. In need of some repair on grounds (cracks in concrete with grass growing up). Decent place to stay for what we paid. Typical requirement for our stay is clean rooms safe atmosphere.
