There is a table for private breakfasts, a refrigerator and tea and coffee facilities. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, heated towel rack and glass double sinks. Definitely not "luxurious"

As a fellow property host I hate to be negative but the smell and feel of damp here is too much to ignore (I subsequently found it's been alluded to multiple times in reviews on other booking sites). 25 steps to property, equipment not functioning - definitely not "luxurious" as advertised.

Fantastic

Great location with a view over the harbour. Surrounded by trees and bush, very private and quiet.Balcony was a great place to relax with a drink.Plenty of walking trails nearby, it was exactly as I’d pictured. Thank you.
