Kitchen and Dining on entrance level, half-flight down is the living/family room with walk-out porch, master bedroom with king bed downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom upstairs has its own mini "sun-room" for beautiful views of hills. All bedrooms are en suite with private attached baths and closet.
