Aparthotel Adagio Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

Close to Transportation and Eiffel Tower

Great space, four single beds, with plenty of room to spread out. Small kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, very close to two grocery stores. Walking distance to metro stations, and close enough to walk to the Eiffel Tower. Be aware that when you book the apartment it does not come with housekeeping, that’s an additional fee, but you have a vacuum. Buy some paper towels when you go to the grocery and you should be all set.

Hôtel Aida Opéra

Adequate, but there must be better options

They are doing some renovations, so I imagine things will be a little better once that's finished. We stayed three nights, and slept well each night despite some street noise. The air conditioning was effective, which was fortunate as the days got quite hot. There is an elevator, but we tended to use the stairs. We didn't like the decor, and both the door to the room and the door to the bathroom tended to scrape on the floor. We had booked a family room, which meant that there were two twin beds and a sleep sofa. The sleep sofa was not uncomfortable, but I did feel as though I had to resist rolling to the center. The shower was prone to spraying water on the floor if we weren't careful. The shower head was at about chest height (but one could use it hand-held to wash one's hair, for example). There were no towel racks in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was decent (croissants, chocolate croissants, bread, jam, fruit, yoghurt, cereals), but they tended to run out of orange juice.

Holiday Inn Express Paris - CDG Airport

Nice new hotel, great location

We really enjoyed our overnight at the Holiday Inn Express! Very nice and new. One important detail. It is located on the Airport Shuttle train line, not the hotel shuttle bus lines. We went to the Holiday Inn and had to take a taxi to the Holiday Inn Express, which is a mile or two closer to the airport.
