Grand appartement avec trĂšs belle vue . Au top ! . RĂ©serve pour la mauvaise rĂ©ception TV , pour les portes fenĂȘtres impossibles Ă  verrouiller , pour la bascule douchette/ pommeau que nous n'avons pas compris , une lampe de chevet hs , et surtout pour ne pas avoir de contact avec le loueur. Aucun n de tĂ©lĂ©phone en cas de problĂšme (exemple perte de la clĂ© , demande d'explication , incident ) . Sinon nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour .

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© une petite semaine dans cette location et nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs satisfaits.Tout correspondait au descriptif Abritel, en particulier la vue, qui est une vĂ©ritable vue mer — aucun mensonge Ă  ce sujet. L'ascenseur est aussi un vrai plus.Nous n’avons pas eu de contact direct avec le propriĂ©taire, mais les instructions envoyĂ©es par mail avant notre arrivĂ©e Ă©taient claires, prĂ©cises et faciles Ă  suivre.Quelques petits points pourraient ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©s pour un peu plus de confort au quotidien, mais rien de rĂ©dhibitoire.Nous recommandons en tous points cette location.

Appartement refait entiÚrement, moderne, bien équipé et bien situé avec une belle vue sur la plage.Pas de place de parking réservée mais en mars nous n'avons pas eu de problÚme pour se garer à proximité.

Super location !

Cet appartement est vraiment super et trÚs propre pour passer un séjour à Royan !Idéalement situé, face à la mer, il offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Seul petit bémol, l'appartement est mal insonorisé et on entends beaucoup les voisins.Je recommande néanmoins cette location les yeux fermés !
