Appartement "tout à pied" !

Parfait, tout refait à neuf, très bien organisé. Seul bémol, le jardin annoncé n'est pas simple d'accès, il faut fermer l'appartement, sortir (avec une clé) à l'arrière de l'immeuble, remonter quelques marches et il manque au moins un parasol :( Sinon, situation idéale.
