Villa Rubini is located in the village of Rovinjsko Selo, just 8 km from the picturesque town of Rovinj. In Rovinjsko Selo you will find a small supermarket and a restaurant. The beautiful beaches on the west coast are more or less a 10 minute drive away. You will certainly enjoy yourself in the fenced garden! You'll have a swimming pool, sun beds, a bubble bath and a volleyball court at your disposal! You can spend the evenings on the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The interior is comfortable. On the ground floor you find a living room with a sitting area and dining table, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
