Amazing facilities and staff. They thought about everything including free teas/coffees in the reception area and storage facilities for your luggage. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We only cooked breakfast but kitchen had everything you need. Very conveniently located right opposite the main train station. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Rotterdam in the future.

Do not expect hotel levels of service from Premier Suites, treat them more as holiday lets on a large scale. The room was tidy and reasonably furnished, however the hotel does currently have an office block very close on one side and a building site on the other (Winter 2025) so you are either overlooked or woken up early. It was a great set up. We enjoyed having the kitchen and separate bedroom area. The laundry room that was very close was great as well. The body wash/ shampoo was wonderful. The only thing I missed was a closet, but the clothes rack sufficed.
