The rooms were nice and suited what I needed for a week stay. I liked the spacious, comfy coworking space, and didn’t mind getting « essentials « from cupboard to refresh towels, tp, coffee pods etc. But. The whole digital experience was awful. Had a problem with a window that wouldn’t shut at night, and couldn’t sleep with all the noise, it took 12 hours and 1 chatbot, 2 humans to finally come and tell me it broken and just leave it shut. We had a fire alarm at 9am, again no one to tell us when it was clear to return. I kept cancelling breakfast on the app, they kept arriving. Talked to the chatbot about it. They didn’t help. One morning, a human staff member tried to enter my room! To hand me the breakfast- which I didn’t order, and which was supposed to be left at door. Area feels unsafe at night, especially with a passcode to open door, which then closes slowly, and no receptionist. I don’t recommend for solo female travellers.
