While only there one night, room was spacious and quality bed and shower. I did have the breakfast, to be fair they are never good value regardless of where you stay but as far as the selection goes it’s excellent.

The staff were all friendly. The hotel is a little dated. Our bathroom sink was clogged and would continuously fill with water without a drain stopper. The glasses that were provided for coffee and tea were also not clean.

This place was okay for a couple of nights. The room was pretty clean. The coffee was good. It's walkable to a few things but after the fact, we discovered the area near the lake in Rotorua. If I had it to do again, I would have found accommodations there bc it's adorable and so much more to do. More of a village feel with lots of eateries, plane and helicopter tours where you can see them land on the lake. It's neat.

Check-in and parking were a breeze. Our room was fantastic! spotless, modern, and thoughtfully set up with extras like a pod coffee machine and conveniently placed PowerPoints by the bedside. I loved the little touches too, like the chilled carafe of water in the fridge and the thick white robes. Even though our room faced the road, it was perfectly soundproof and beautifully quiet. We didn’t stay for breakfast, but walking past it looked absolutely delicious. All the staff, including the cleaning team, were courteous and genuinely lovely. The hotel’s location is ideal, a supermarket right across the road, and the mall and city centre just a short stroll away. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
