Great location! Walkable to Trevor fountain and coliseum. Many great restaurants a couple of minutes away. Elevator is extremely small. Rooms were nice. Easy to get a taxi right out front. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was nice and allowed us to keep our bags in the hotel after check out. We went to eat and came back to wait for our Taxi. What we did not like was the room. Not what was shown in the pictures when booking! The room was way to small for 3 adults! We paid for a double room for three adults and this room was not that. Disappointed to say the least.

Great location, great staff, but bad rooms!

the location of the hotel was great, very close to Trevi fountain. the staff is nice and helpful, speak english well. But the rooms are poorly maintain, clogged bathtub and sink and dirty overall. Maybe it was just ours, and that very day.

Room was in good condition when I checked in also staff is very helpful and understanding. I must say, location of the hotel is very good as main attractions are at walking distance and good connections to public transport like Republica Station on Metro A is at 5 minutes walking distance.

Our room was very warm/hot and the staff kept claiming that the air-conditioning was working or fixed. It never was. Finally after many complaints and with the help of an Italian friend they moved us to a room that was fine.

Good location for visiting the sights of Rome

This hotel is in a good location being just a short walk from the metro, on a busy street and with a taxi rank opposite. Our room was described as 'deluxe', but did not feel it. It was small, faced in to the courtyard (no extra space), and consequently was dark. The bath and over-bath shower were fine for the average sized person. Our room number was marked on a tiny sticker, all the others in the corridor had room plates. I booked through Expedia and pushed the button for the more expensive option that included breakfast, However despite the receptionist acknowledging "with breakfast" on arrival and showing us the location of the breakfast room, my daughter and I were publicly turned out of the room on the first morning as we "hadn't paid". The Expedia receipt did not show breakfast so I could not prove anything, and we had to do without. And when I questioned the "deluxe" nature of the room I was told my room Was deluxe. Personally I do not feel this could be a correct description. I have never stayed anywhere that leaves polystyrene cups out for their tea and coffee facilities, and plastic cups in the bathroom. I think this is a reasonable place to stay if you want a budget hotel in the heart of Rome but would not recommend it to anyone as a deluxe place to stay.
