Located in the heart of Rome, just 10 minuets from downtown centre this beautiful Villa is the ideal destination for people who want to experience unforgettable moments with their friends and family in a prestigious location. Equally, it's the perfect setting for professionals looking for a more unique location than the traditional hotels typical of business trips. Build 60 years ago, but recently renovated, the Villa is the ideal place to spend some days in Rome immersed in luxury and comfort, surrounded by a wonderful park with lush vegetation including maritime pines, palm trees, and orange trees, all of which surrounding a tempting swimming pool equipped with parasols, sunbeds, small tables and a shower.
On entering the villa, guests will be met with a bright and elegant living room with original 50s marble floors, precious curtains, refined furnishings and a beautiful fireplace.
The dining room features a large table that seats 12 people, enhanced by an impressive chandelier above. The kitchen, located on the ground floor, is contemporary and functional, and faces an outdoor dining area and barbecue. On the same floor, there are two elegant double bedrooms with private bathrooms.
On the first floor are located the other 4 ensuite Bedrooms some feature a wonderful balcony offering panoramic views across the Valle dei Casali, the most exclusive area of Rome. and all furnished with elegant fittings that put a modern twist on classic 50s design.
On the walls inside you can find a beautiful and exclusive selection of artworks of the most important Italian photographers.
On the lower floor there is a recreation area to spend leisure time in total privacy. This floor features a fireplace, a large sofa with TV corner, a winery with prestigious Italian wines, a pool table, a comfortable workstation with an Apple computer, printer, scanner and fax machine to work in complete autonomy. There is also a fully equipped fitness area with TechnoGym machines
