I recently stayed at this hotel and while its great location makes it convenient for visiting most attractions, there were some drawbacks. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. However, the room was tiny, which made it challenging for two adults with luggage. The room itself was very basic and the AC unit was noisy. Additionally, the morning noise from the breakfast setup was annoying. I had expected more amenities and a more comfortable space, but unfortunately, it did not.

Fairly close and walkable to attractions but further than it looked on map. Convenient stores within a block. No elevator in auxilary building was minor nuisance. AC and electricity shut off when not in room which was annoying as couldn't leave electronics charging. Worst was that cleaning staff left window open. Coming back to room after walking Rome in August looked forward to entering a nice cool room, not a hot humid one. At least AC was good enough to cool room ina reasonable amount of time.

The place was great however No staff after 9pm Only one entrance available after hours Via security key and only elevator service available to get to your designated floor no stairs access No phone in room to call front desk No vending machine available even just for water The location was close to everything within a 15 to 20 min walk but you really needed to get a taxi to get around So that’s my reason for give my low scores

We originally booked a room in the annex building on Expedia. It said there was an elevator on the website but after booking we found out there were 31 steps to get to the first floor!! That was impossible as I am currently handicapped in need of a hip replacement. We tried to get a refund but the hotel would not give it to us. Instead they told us they would "upgrade" us to a triple room in the main building with the elevator. We thought that would be fine but upon arrival our room was a double with only a double bed. They put in a roll-away bed and we were told it was now a triple!! The room now was very cramped, the beds were hard and the pillows even harder! They would not give us any compensation for this which I thought was wrong. To add insult to injury they said they had luggage storage but then charged us 60 Euro store it there! On a positive note the staff was very, very nice! Especially Kris and the gentleman at the desk. Really wonderful people. I would not stay there again but you can judge for yourself

Our last night in Italy. After 15 nights, we needed hotel in Rome before the flight. It is the cheapest hotel in our vacation but THE BEST ONE WHEN COMPARE VALUE FOR MONEY! We loved the hotel staff (front desk) the room is great, location is amazing. Need to improve their wifi.
