The space
Located on the first floor of a small village in the heart of Trastevere full of greenery. The studio is in a very particular private condominium called Borgo Colli Lanzi, a small private village between stairs and greenery. The studio consists of a living room where there is a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. There is a fiber optic WI-FI connection (very fast), Smart TV with free use of NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO (archive with more than 1000 films and shows in many languages), air conditioning, heating, hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the heart of Trastevere with its alleys, shops, restaurants and churches.
In about 20 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, Vatican.
In 15 minutes by bus or tram you can reach all the remaining attractions of Rome such as: Colosseum, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Imperial Forums, Vatican, Trastevere Station for Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.

Trastevere, an ancient district, is a place of traditions, art and typical Roman cuisine.
