i never review properties and that is because i am fairly flexible and accepting, if there is a problem , i usually raise it and it gets solved by the management , and that would be it. I am reviewing this property cause the service was Horrible. i filtered on free parking when searching on expedia and this property came up, and i booked it, it turned out that there was no parking at all ,but you are left to find your own spot on the street and if you cant find one, too bad , they wont help you. it took me 1 hour to find a paid spot. even though the check in time was until 7 pm, i received seevral calls and messages urging me to check in NOW or else they will set a new time later on... i was still searching for a parking spot. when we checked in, we were given the keys , shown to the room ,and the person immediatly ran away saying she doesnt speak english at 1 am in the morning, the main door for the apartment was closed. our key didnt work, we banged for 30 minutes, and called 30 times to the owner, and we did nto receive a call back fortunately for us, another guest woke up and opened the door for us. the owners didnt even check up on us until it was check out time. the host is terrible, avoid getting high blood pressure during your trip, and skip this property. on the upside, room was clean, and they left us some snacks at check in time. not enough to make up for the bad service.

Royal Termini - perfect room - poor signage

I needed a room near the train station the night before my flight. Royal Termini was excellent for what it offered but there are a few caveats. First off while walking down the street that it is located on, there is NO signage indicating Royal Termini on the building. The address is correct, but it is just a huge doorway that led into somewhat of a courtyard. Again inside you could go left or right (and there was a sign indicating it was condominiums) but no sign indicating Royal Termini. I actually walked past the doorway three times before I ventured through the doors. A man saw the confusion on my face and asked me what I was looking for. When I mentioned the name, he smiled and said third floor and pointed to the right. I truly would not have found it without his help. Make sure you check in before 7 pm. I got there with ten minutes to spare (I thought check in was until 8 pm) and Maria (who was wonderful) said how nervous she was that I would not get there before she left for the night. Check in was seamless and the room was absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom was spotless and the shower had so many jets you would not want to leave for days. The room was small but comfortable as was the bed. Wifi was provided and honestly I could not ask for anything more. So other than finding it due to a lack of signage, the only other issue I had was the neighborhood. It really is sketchy - not something Royal Termini can control but I do think it is important to know

Great hotel. We walked to all attractions. Easy access to Termini station. Maria was very helpful and gave us great information about places to eat. We would definitely stay again if we visit Rome.

No free water bottles, no toilet paper, no soap, shower leaked water onto the floor, no one let us in when we arrived nor answered the phone, we stayed five nights and our room was never cleaned. The fold out sofa bed was extremely loud when you moved.

No one opened door, had to find another place.

Litt vanskelig å finne inngangen. Gammel bygning som trenger oppgradering og vask. Vet ikke hvordan rommene er, for vi kom ikke inn! Ingen åpnet døra når vi ringte på dørklokken og ingen svarte på telefonen. Vi hadde booket og betalt på forskudd for 2 dager. Vi måtte finne et annet hotell!!! Dessuten likte vi ikke området der.

Хорошее впечатление о гест хаусе!!!

Нашли быстро гест хаус и заселение прошло быстро. Мария нам всё объяснила и показала. Номер в целом в отличном состоянии и новое оборудование :холодильник, кондиционер, спутниковое телевидение,душевая кабина.Удобная кровать с мягким матрасом,но подушки не совсем комфортные. Из замечаний : плохая скорость wi- fi и проблемы с водоснабжением ,не комфортно принимать душ при слабом напоре воды и отрегулировать не возможно ,то горячая вода льётся,то холодная. Очень приятно и неожиданно было ,когда нам на новый год Мария подарила подарок в виде кекса и шампанского. А так в целом положительные эмоции по гест хаусу. До основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком.
