We loved the rooftop bar for drinks and breakfast- excellent! The accommodations were fair. Gloomy and tired bathroom and worn carpet and furnishings...thus the average rating. This is a very crowded part of Rome which we knew, but realize what you're in for. Cars/taxis/Ubers cannot come down the street if that is an issue for travelers. Price was fair for Rome and the quality of the hotel. The front desk service was excellent...they made a restaurant reservation for us before we arrived.
Unfortunately didn't stay at this hotel however did spend a lot of time at the rooftop bar. Really recommend this place, if looked directly over the Trevi Fountain and all the rooftops of Rome. We went up there for 5pm and watched the sun set over the city, was amazing and so reasonable for the location.
As is often the case it's all about location- a few paces from the Trevi Fountain and an easy to walk to the best of Rome. Our room overlooked a busy street but not the fountain - crowded and noisy from 10 a.m. to 10.p.m. Rooms average but typical of inner city rooms in Europe. The free smart phone a very nice touch. Efficient staff, OK breakfasts. Roof top bar/breakfast areas very good but small, Recommended if you want to be close to the fountain.
trevi fountain hotel wonderful staff and location. Room was spacious and breakfast room and bar overlooking trevi fountain really special. buffet breakfast and use of free phone for international calls and wifi terrific
Stayed here for 5 nights with a friend, great hotel, ok, so the lift is small, the staff were lovely and helpful, the rooms comfortable and clean. Great location, very close to Trevi Fountain, nice breakfast room with views of the Fountain. The hotel supply you with a mobile phone for your visit, so handy to access the internet, maps etc Fab gelato place across the way. Go to the fountain early in the morning, much more peaceful. Happily stay here again
This is a really good hotel in an excellent location of town. But, for me the best part of my stay was Alice and Rosanna who went above and beyond in helping me receive my luggage that was lost for 5 days by Luftansa and their courier. These two ladies saved my trip. Rooms was nice, but service and location are the best part of this hotel.
Stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel is lovely staff are lovely. Any problems that we had were dealt with. Only negative is that they open the roof top bar up to everyone. They advertise this downstairs so when we wanted to sit and have a drink there was no room for us. Otherwise comfy bed lovely bathroom breakfast very nice and staff could not have been better.
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It is a unique boutique style hotel which has a rooftop for breakfast with a view of the Trevi Fountain. They have double rooms with a view! Very clean, extremely friendly and professional staff. Fabrizio was great from the day of booking until we left the hotel. Very kind, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me with hotel recommendations in other cities that we are going to visit as well. I will definitely recommend this hotel and return myself.
We stayed at this hotel from 2nd until 6th October 2017, for a romantic break away in Rome. My boyfriend chose the hotel for the rooftop bar alone. Although the bar was small, it was intimate, a great atmosphere and brilliant view. Breakfast every morning on this terrace was defiantly a treat. Although the drinks were quite pricey, we were happy to pay this for the exceptional view. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There were amenities such as hairdryer and safe in the room, as well as digital tv. The room was big, and authentically decorated, and always clean. The only downfall is that they did t serve breakfast until 7:30am so it was a bit of a rush on our last day when being picked up for the airport at 7:45! I would definitely stay here again if visiting Rome!
Just been here for the rooftop bar overlooking trevi fountain. First of all, there is only 1 table who really has the view over Trevi Fountain(2 of the 4 chairs). Way to overpriced, 15 euro's for a cocktail. Not really comfy to sit, and the taste of the cocktails was expected to be great(15minutes to make them) but they were average. Not to be recommended.
