Wrong choice

Smells terrible, difficult entry, surroundings dirty, trash collec to s everywhere, rats on the street. Place smells horrible on the inside and has no aspect of being clean. Old flip flops in the room.

Worst hotel ever

The worst hotel ever - I actually think it was being used as accommodation for owners while renovations were taking place. It was not even the hotel advertised, it was across the road. Although clean, the room was unfinished. There were old doors stacked on the wall, covered by a sheet, a stack of ikea items and the drawers were full of personal items including sanitary towels and a bra and pants. There was only one towel and one pillow each, and no option for more.Also nowhere for clothes.Just terrible.

A basic but functional twin room in a good location in between Termini and the Colosseum. The hosts were very helpful - the water takes a while to heat up but it was good value for money. The fridge was very useful too.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The lady walked is to three apartments trying to find a room that would work. These are people's homes with inhabitants living there that are shared with guests. No soap, dirty floors, not the location we selected.

Nice place

It was a very good value. There was nothing fancy about it and I got lucky because although the listing had it as a shared bathroom, I got a room with a private bathroom. So super lucky. I don’t like to spend money on places to stay. I want to be out and about and spend money there and not some place I’m going to sleep and leave as soon as I can. The host was very helpful and I highly recommend her.

Good for what you pay for!

Very nice hosts, leave you to yourself. The room I received was not the room listed. One of the bathrooms was very small and dirty and smelled a bit, but the other was great. Very close to the Colosseun!

Good location . Comfy bed . Room damp and smelly , no breakfast , only one very flat pillow , when tried to ring the owner via number provided online and given to us, no answer ! And number unrecognised !!! No way of contacting them and they clearly don’t care about the guests satisfaction!

I'm sure there are better properties in the Rome Center at a similar price so you may want too keep looking. Otherwise if you are here for a short stay and do not mind disorganization at check in, loud family members, and chaos in general then this is the spot for you. My stay was not terrible, but I will definitely not be staying here again.

Nice building. Good area. very close to food stores and such. The owners are nice. Their beds are extremely comfortable. As someone with back problems that is important. Its also very clean.
