Newly renovated apartment with an incredible view of the Piazza di San Salvatore in Lauro.

Wonderful location to reach all the most important attractions of Rome: Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo can be reached in 5 minutes, St. Peter Basilica, the Vatican, Campo de’ Fiori. The Pantheon can be reached in 10 minutes.

The house is located on the third floor without an elevator, has a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a living room with a double sofa bed, table with chairs, TV and fully equipped kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine; a bathroom with shower. Parquet floor.

Our guests will have free use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, heating, bed linens,towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

From Fiumicino or Ciampino airport you can get to Termini station and from there take bus 40 or 64 to the "Chiesa Nuova" stop, then the house is a 5-minute walk away.

A shuttle service is available on request with a private driver (with Van or car) who can wait for guests inside the airport, at the arrival gates, and drive them directly to the apartment.

Tourist Tax 6€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid in cash at check-in.

For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.

Perfect apartment in Rome. Dry clean & tidy. Comfortable beds. Perfect location. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Perfect street for restaurants, cafes, Coffey, beer. The host was fantastic, and responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely recommend. Also the host booked our taxi transfer, which was a good price and really easy with no problems. Great Rental. Great location.

We really enjoyed how close this apartment was to everything. Delicious restaurant right outside the building. We were able to walk to the Vatican and the Colosseum and many things in between. Great communication. They arranged a private ride from the airport, and a private ride to the cruise terminal in Civitiveccia. Highly recommend and will stay here again when in Rome.

The place was perfect for a couple, very clean, bright and excellent location, if you don't want fancy. May want to advise there is no elevators and it is a 5th flloor. Some older customers may not enjoy that.

We loved this cute little apartment on Coronari street! There were many restaurants and shops on the Main Street and we walked to many major landmarks- Vatican museum, Spanish Steps, etc. It was nice to have our own place and felt a bit more local than a hotel stay. Home was updated (kitchen and bath) with historical charm (see ceilings). For American tourist, you will need outlet adapters. The square from the windows can be noisy so earplugs may be helpful for sleeping. Also, prepare to climb 4 flights of stairs. Great stay and host was helpful in arranging airport transportation.

My husband and I stayed at this property while in Rome and it was the perfect location to the Vatican and the Colosseum. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommend! The little cafe below has amazing coffee and pastry.

Perfect Location!!

This was our first visit to Rome....we arrived to our VRBO location to find we were located on a beautiful cobblestone street with lots of character. The street had many cute shops and restaurants.....& excellent Gelato Place next door! We were in walking distance to Vatican City, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trastevere & many more! Our contact was waiting to greet us and show us to our apartment. The apartment was very clean and recently renovated. It had everything we needed. Francessco was very helpful and always available if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

This location is superb for visiting the Vatican, The Pantheon, campo d’fiori and lots more.

This apartment has a great neighborhood feel with a nice view. We enjoyed hearing the church bells and live theater in the piazza below. The decor is modern and very tasteful. The AC was a relief after a long day. My only suggestion is bar soap for the shower. Otherwise a perfect experience.

We were greeted and let into the apartment early- the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was very charming with big windows that opened to the street. The owner was extremely easy to get in touch with and very helpful overall. Great place- highly recommend!

Bright sunny apartment in a central location

We found that this apartment had all the amenities we needed. It was in a great location though probably busier (and noisier) than I would want. I think that’s more my fault than the apartments since I booked in a central location. Love the living room with big windows overlooking the street and the small kitchenet was nice. The bedroom was basically all bed with some built in cabinets. The bed was a little too hard for my taste. Overall a great place.

highly recommended all around

We were in the apartment in June 2022. It was wonderful for us. We were well and friendly cared for. Both in advance and on site at the handover. Also when booking the private shuttle. This was a bit more expensive than by train and bus, but brought directly to the front of the house. This is much more relaxing than being in the inner city traffic hustle and bustle with suitcases on cobblestones. The apartment is very nicely furnished. The pictures are true and not photoshopped. The kitchenette has everything there that you need for breakfast or a small lunch (before a nap). The air conditioning works and created a comfortable temperature for us northern Europeans to escape the midday heat. Another guest wrote that noise is to be expected. That is always the case in city centers. And the small beautiful square invites to stay. Even deep into the night. That is part of city life. For us, everything was within very tolerable limits. Those who are sensitive usually have earplugs with them. The apartment is very well and centrally located. In one of the most beautiful little streets of the city center. Of course also populated with tourists like ourselves. But much more relaxed than in other areas around the big squares. From here most of the sights are very easy to reach on foot. Conclusion: highly recommended all around. We liked it very much.
