The room was cute, there was a terrace attached and the bed was very comfortable! Cristian, the host, was very responsive and helpful! The location was wonderful and very safe. We walked everywhere. To the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Leonardo da Vinci museum and the Spanish steps, to name a few. There is a grocery store next door and many shops around. It was a great place to stay!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Christian was there to greet us, and answered all our questions. The room was beautiful - spacious, clean and so historic! The host was wonderful. Sent a taxi to the airport and it was seamless after a long flight. The breakfast and fruit was a great touch. The terrace was amazing. Not much of a view but it was large and a great space to enjoy a bottle of wine. We were only passing thru Rome but it was a great accommodation. Easily walkable to all the major sites in Rome and just across the river from Trastevere where the restaurants are plentiful. Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

Was a very spacious room and the included breakfast was very generous with a homemade cake. The bedroom didn’t have air conditioning - this didn’t bother us too much as the the one in the living room was quite good and the fan in the bedroom was sufficient but just noting for anyone else wondering. It was a great location, walkable to lots of main attractions and lots of food options nearby.

The owner was very helpful. The location is excellent- very close to Piaza Nagoya. Also, across the Tiber River and 200 yards away is the neighborhood of Trastavere, which is very lively at night and filled with excellent restaurants. Two of the best, and well worth visiting are Ottelo and Tonnarello.

Apartment was amazing, beautiful old building. Christian was amazing, met us outside and helped take our luggage up. Rooms were very quiet and stocked with everything you need! Fridge was restocked daily and there was even a welcome cake!

Quiet and central

The place was amazingly quiet and I had a whole balcony to myself. It was also centrally located with walking distance to all the sites. There was a farmers market during the day right around the corner with fresh produce! Christian was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed upon arrival including a transport from the airport to the hotel.

Excellent location, we were able to walk to the big sights and then go across the river to Trastevere for dinner. Loved that they refreshed the breakfast fixings every day in the kitchen. Comfort of a bnb with the service of a hotel.

Christian was very obliging, friendly and helpful. However the room was very disappointing. The photos do not reflect reality. It was dated and in need of a total refurbishment. TV did not work - WiFi not adequate. Expecting a hospital phone call but could not get a signal. Very stressful. In all honesty I could not recommend this property.

Great property. very clean, and quiet. Our contact was Chris. our plane was delayed by 3 hours and he was out on the street looking for us. He found us wandering on the streets and he treated us like family . this property Central located to tons of dining and tons of shopping area and not to mention the major attractions very safe. we walked around till after midnight. all the restaurants were packed with partygoers. if you don't book this property, you're missing out!! hands down the best value for your dollar.
