Perfect spot, Great apartment!

Brilliant location for us. Trastevere has lots of lovely restaurants and a really good vibe especially evening. A short walk across the bridge to the main tourist spots in Rome. The apartment was great, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host Fabio was very friendly and very helpful when we got there although a bit of confusion on the car ride from the airport. If we came back to Rome we would stay here again!

As portas não fecham. O aquecedor não funciona, e estávamos em pleno inverno. Questionamos, e disseram que só funcionava de dia, mas isso tb não acontecia. Passamos muito frio. Armário da cozinha quebrado. TV não pega nenhum canal e não tem controle. A tranca da porta não funciona direito. Apartamento mal cuidado, com coisas quebradas e visivelmente negligenciadas. As fotos não revelam a situação de descuido e desgaste do apto. Apesar de estar numa região muito boa, o Trastevere, não compensa pela decepção.

50€ de extra por la limpieza y literalmente te quedas pegado en cualquier mueble de la cocina. La taza del wc rota. Sin ascensor. Ubicación perfecta para cenar por el Trastevere y para iniciar cualquier ruta por la Roma Imperial.

En general la experiencia ha sido buena, está bien situado, el estado general del apartamento está bien, un segundo sin ascensor. Los detalles que salen en las fotografías en realidad brillan por su ausencia. Nota a tener en cuenta: justo debajo de la cocina hay un empalme a la vista muy mal hecho y muy peligroso, en caso de haber agua, por cualquier razón, en el suelo (por ejemplo se te cae un vaso) e ir descalzo podría dejarte el pelo bien rizado de golpe y un buen susto. En cuanto a la recepción, la persona que primeramente asignada la Srta Giulia, un cero 0 en todos los aspectos. Una persona muy maleducada y poco profesional. A raíz del problema surgido con está Srta, que Hotels.com resolvió con rapidez, nos asignaron otro contacto el Sr. Fabio. Estamos muy contentos con su profesionalidad y buena atención. WIFI excelente, los enchufes un poco raros ya que un enchufe normal de un teléfono por ejemplo es difícil de acoplarlo. Otro tema es el cargo de 50 € por limpieza, no recuerdo que al estar haciendo la reserva esto se mencionase, lo tendré en cuenta para futuras reservas, pero en este caso lo encuentro EXCESIVO para el tipo de apartamento.
